Going to the beach alone or with friends can be super fun! It’s a nice time to relax and watch the waves!
- Take a long walk along the shore. It’s nice to get a bit of exercise on the sand.
- Bring some snacks, a cold drink, and a blanket for a mini picnic. Just don’t let the birds eat it!
- Sunbathe and soak in some Vitamin D. Absorbing sun always makes me feel good. Sometimes I even listen to some calming music, too!
- Take a dip in the ocean. It might be a bit cold, but once you get used to it, you’ll be fine.
- Bring your boogy board or surfboard and ride the waves. You might even get close to a dolphin if you’re lucky!
- Meet other beach-goers and play volleyball. Easy way to make friends!
- Take Instagram-worthy photos to post for all your friends to enjoy.
