In The Mood For Love

Spring is here! Who is ready to fall in love?  Hold your horses, I am talking about beers! I don’t usually get excited about drinking beers but when there’s a list of options and flavors you can choose from, you just can’t help it. (AND most importantly, they have fried chicken on the side menu. I mean, it’s a crime not to order yourself a beer, right?) Here’s me struggling on what to order. Of course I did ask the server what are the top notches; of course I did have the server make a several trips to our table. ‘Cus I take food very seriously. #NoChill

Three Colors

Rouge is my favorite colors of all. Guys, I am talking about the movie! Three Colors is a French movie series by Kieślowski, Red is the last one that came out also the best out of best in my opinion. Excuse my irrelevant movie talk. All blames on Tommy Hilfiger’s signature colors. (Blue, white, and Red are French Flag colors!) I don’t usually watch Foreign movies as I think my eyes will be too busy to read subtitles and watch the movie at the same time (Well Korean films are exception because girls can’t afford to miss Oppa and Saranghae, you know what I’m saying?#Kakao). This place is amazing! I know how shitty Seattle’s weather can get but if you take a closer look, there are so many photogenic spots are dying to be found! Haha I ain’t exaggerating, all you need is go on Yelp and scrollLLLL I am a very organized lady (Now, stop the background giggles) and so, I categorize my pictures and put them where they belong. If you scroll through my iphone album page, it is like a mini Pinterest, with a little bit of everything. When there are new places and restaurants I like to go in the future, I will just screenshot and put them in the right albums. I know Instagram made a handy tool for pictures we can save for later, but it just seems like a book return rack to me, if you know what I mean. It’s just that everyone is posting super-dub pictures and I can’t help but keep liking and saving many of them. Saved=Liked.  I can’t even recalled what makes me cracked so hard but here’s me laughing like a Sor-Po (That’s a Hong Kong slang means silly woman).

Hot and Cold

How was your Vday love? Mine was sweet and dedicated to chocolate. Depress and long rainy days did not kill my vibe going out and eating good. Though it was surprisingly sunny here in Seattle today! Got me even more excited (for FOODDD!)Been exploring Cali-like cafes and restaurants in the PNW. Here and now, Hot Cakes just checked off the list!I am not usually a huge fan of getting chocolate dessert because of its master level of sweetness. But oh well, who can ever say no to triple melted chocolate cake right? This was from the V-day’s special Menu called Spicy Molten Cake, pairing with a spoon of vanilla ice cream- HEAVENLY! Like oh my god. (I know I make A LOT weird sound when I am eating yummy food, yeah probably way too much)Just like some other things I like in life: If I like them, I will show with my 100% interest and intention. Shade of Grey

February is here… Who is ready for Mr Grey?I am SO SO SO in love with these cut-out booties from Roger Vivier ! They are super comfy and go with everything! I screamed out loud while I first saw them at the store, people were dissing so hard and started giving me a ‘that b*tch is crazy” dirty look. Lol BEHAVE Athena! I am always hyper so get used to it you people.😀😀😀 Rotisserie-cart style has always been my favorite dish. It reminds me of simpler time in middle school back home Hong Kong. We used to get the Satay (“Sate” in Malay) skewered fish balls after school all the time! At 7-11. Then I would lie about and eat another meal when I get home. (Asian moms always prepare dinner for the family and if they find out you eat junk food out of her sight, that’s a suicide mission right there)Now that no one is watching me I can eat whatever I want (Woop woop food baby alert).
